Role: Technology Architect, Skill:JEE Architecture, Minimum Skill
 Requirement: (~3-4 pointers against each item) ·        Must
Have:1.       Has expanse of the Java and JEE skills (Spring,
Hibernate, EJB, JSF,JSP,Servlets,JAAS,JAXP,JAX-WS,JAXB, Java
Security,JMS..etc) ,.      Responsible to identify and address
application architectural issues,3.      Guide development team
through design and construction process, 4.      Ability to
define overall system design/architecture, 5.      Ability to
architect overall Java system and design Java services.
·        Good to Have:1.       Capable user of GoF
patterns
